New York Votes On Bill To Detain Unvaccinated Individuals

In the latest string of assaults on the United States Constitution, on January 5th, 2022, the New York Senate and Assembly will vote on Bill A416. This bill imposes extreme impingement on the freedom of US citizens, as it would allow the detainment and forced vaccination of COVID-19 in any unvaccinated individuals, even against their free will.

New York state’s Bill A416 gives the Governor and their delegates free reign to remove or detain any persons or groups in the state for up to 150 days, as well as require vaccination–even forcibly injecting them. Non-specifically the bill would include any and all contagious diseases, and could then be applied to not only COVID vaccine-opposed individuals, but even those with HIV/AIDS, and all other current and future diseases.
